FAQs

Do you work exclusively with certified translators and interpreters?

For most projects we collaborate with certified translators and native speakers of foreign languages.

We choose this because an experienced professional always offers the guarantee of quality and assumed responsibility for the translation project undertaken.

Shall my project be assigned to a translator/interpreter

Each translation project has its own specifics (terminology, context, urgency, etc.) – so we will assign you a dedicated translator.

How do you count translation/interpreting projects?

A document is counted at 2,000 characters with spaces in the language it is translated into.

The interpretation service is rated per working hour.

How much does a translation cost?

The cost of translations depends on the volume of work, source/destination language, terminology (common or specialized language) and delivery term.

At ConTrad we are flexible and try to adapt our offer to your budget.

How long does the translation process take?

In standard deadline: 8-19 pages/day for a translator.

For emergency deadlines: translations delivered on the same day or translations that involve a higher volume of work than standard deadline.

YES!

We adapt and focus our efforts in order to meet the tightest deadlines.

I have an emergency:
can I call an interpreter “in-short”?

In some cases we can quickly provide you with an interpreter
– especially regarding declarations at the notary/civil status, informal meetings of short duration.

For interpreting services that involve preparation and documentation in advance plus the long-term presence of the ConTrad team member (conferences, press events, etc.) we recommend that you book the service in due time.
